Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19 related delays from our suppliers shipping may take longer than our standard shipping times. We thank you for your understanding. Many, but not all orders, ship within 20 - 30 days, tracking provided when shipped. The majority of items are ordered from our many suppliers as we receive the customers orders. Delays from the suppliers can occur and are out of our control. Some Items can take  considerably longer, such as Picture this Plus which are custom dyed. and currently may take 8 -12 weeks and subject to change by the manufacturer. Imported Charts will also take a little longer. As will Mill Hill Kits and Mirabilia Embellishment Packs both have unknown ETA due to the manufacturers delay in getting the components of the Kit. Many designers, such as Lavender & Lace , Hinzeit also have delays in publishing and can have extended wait time

ALL Packages come with tracking, If the package shows it was delivered, We are not responsible for replacing the package. To  protect yourself we recommend using a service that comes with insurance.

Please note that due to PCI DSS compliance rules credit cards are charged at the time of sale. Our cards are processed by a third party processor that is required to encrypt the card numbers and limit the authorization period. we have no access to card numbers or the ability to charge it after the the authorization period of several days. While these rules can be an inconvenience they protect your data, our processor uses the highest level of security.

We WILL fulfill as soon as possible and may break larger orders into two shipments as a no extra cost courtesy. We apologize for any inconvenience. if these time frames are not acceptable please do not place an order at this time, we will look forward to your business in the future. If you choose to cancel your order before we ship it, your refund will be reduced by a 6% processing/cancellation fee. Once shipped cancellation will be considered a return.
