Miss December is Bella 'Baby Bells' Frost. Bella is Veronica's (Miss January) younger sister and is the perfect elf to finish out the year. She works in the manufacturing department as a toy maker that specializes in trains. Only the nicest children on Santa's list receive one of Bella's hand crafted replicas of the Polar Express on Christmas morning. Like her older sister Bella is a competitive elf. She's an outfielder with the Santa's Dolls snowball team and is a sleigh driver at the sleigh pulls. Bella enjoys train travel, photographing gingerbread trim on historic homes and working on her monster sleigh to make it the loudest, fastest and baddest sleigh north of the 60th parallel (except Santa's of course). Bella's perfect date is a Christmas time ride on the Polar Express and an elegant dinner for two in the dining car.
